It can be a certain region of a certain country or just the country itself. I love every accent except mine(southern) especially British, Irish, Jamaican and Australian.

I'm from Australia, and I have to admit a fondness for British (English, Scottish, and Welsh) accents. Close seconds are Canadian, Australian, and American (US).

Well, I'm from the deep south, so I speak 'southern', and I like that, but for hearing and enjoying OTHER accents, I guess
Australian, East Indian, and Spanish do it for me.
