I ask, because I've seen people referred to as Fascist for not being "perfectly" fair in chatrooms. People called Nazi for not bashing Bush, or whomever. I'd not be suprised if not bashing Clinton gets one called a Nazi. I've seen people defending Israel called Zionists. I've defended Israel. I even have Jewish relatives, but I don't believe in Zionism. I've also defended Palestine. Just what makes someone one of those things? Do I have to bash everyone on the opposite side of me or change sides?

SABIO. Myriad reasons.

Sometimes the answers are, well, garbage in my opinion.

Sometimes they are good but don't properly address my question.

Sometimes I am out of time and cannot commit to considering and then choosing a best one.

Sometimes I want to let democracy take over.

I have some biases, but more often uncertainties. I try not to give favoritism to answers I think are biased.

Look up the definitions of the terms "rhetoric" and "hyperbole".
The only "limus test" is the following: Look up the correct detailed definition of a fascist, Nazi, Zionist etc. and see if it matches. If it matches, then its correct. If not, its not.
You'll find that in most cases its way off. Hence my reference to rhetoric and hyperbole.

Simple-minded people take the simple way out of controversy: they slap pejorative labels on anyone who doesn't agree with them.
