A woman with her face covered called me an "evil infidel" today and told me "my 9/11" will come. Can I sue her?
Just goes to show what total idiots muslims are.

Well what would have happened if I threatened her with some horrible attack? I would probably be branded a racist and spend life in jail. This country gives muslims special treatment.

#1 don't call people terrorists, you're not a judge or a cop and you have no evidence.
#2 muslims are not idiots by definition. some are and most aren't- same as any other group. I have a feeling you fall into the 'some are' in your group.
forget suing her, you can get her arrested for threatening your life. at the very least get a restraining order

From the way you sound, she must have had good reason.
If you are American, she can sue you for being a racist. Why? Because racism in America is illegal.
(If you didn't study the anti-racism Amendment in school, you wouldn't be knowledgeable about this because many racists like you use the First Constitutional Amendment to say any ugly thing that comes to mind.).
If you try to sue for her right to Freedom of Speech (uh, the same right you have), the court will throw it out and charge you with contempt for a "frivolous lawsuit". Then you will pay a fine.
If she sues you for racism, you will lose.
Look up the phrase "frivolous lawsuit", Ms. Bigot, then sit in the corner with the dunce cap on your head.

You don't say how her face was covered. Maybe it was an ex girlfriend, wearing a ski mask, who just wanted to get back at you. If you know who she is and you have reliable witnesses then maybe you could get the police to charge her with threatening behaviour. Other than that take it on the chin. Your question title and last sentence are, however, libelous. The lady concerned or other Muslim who knows you may want to sue you for that.

'racism' is not illegal in america. also, islam is not a race.
discrimination is illegal and so is threatening people.
it has nothing to do with racism, terrorism, etc.
she is not a terrorist, even if this story is true, unless she has actually committed terrorist acts or belongs to a terrorist organization.
but no, you cannot sue her. if the police believed that it was a realistic threat, she might be arrested, but you still get no money.
also, there is not a strong correlation between religion and intelligence, so using another's religion as a measure of intelligence indicates only the idiocy of oneself.
also, this is not even vaguely related to a defamation claim and whoever said that has no idea what defamation means.

I think you made that up. All of your questions have to do with Muslims. Do you sit around trying to make Muslims' lives worse than they already are?

That utterance was hardly a threat, nor even an insult. It does show however the Islamist's disregard for people in their own country. They feel their mission in life is to spread the word of Allah to all parts of the world by any means available. Fortunately, we won't let that happen. Many Christians have similar ideas, but at least they are not militant about it. Just consider the source and forget about it.

Uh... I wouldn't... Besides, the muslims are a very forgiving people. And when you say all muslims are total idiots, thats like saying all christians are idiots, which isn't true. In all groups, a few are smart and a few are dumb.
