I am looking for serious answers to this. I need a LEGITIMATE company to hook up with and work from home. I'm tired if being ripped off, tired of games with b.s companies. I have alot of skill in human resource work and insurance.

How about a virtural assistant? It is just like personal/administrative assistant only you work from your home---all on line. There's several web-sites about this, of course a lot of them want you to buy their programs, etc. But if you are reasnonalbly proficient in word processing, scheduling, presentation formulation, etc. you can market yourself.
Other possiblities: event/party planning,
Ask yourself what you love to do and what do you know and create your special "work from home" business and market it.
