Yes, you can become addicted to exercise - it releases hormones that are addictive. Cut down gradually as you would if you were addicted to alcohol or a drug. Exercise your brain - until your can spell exercise. Lol

Wa Alaikum Salam Wu Rahmat Allahi Wu Barakathou, inshAllah be khair ya Rub amin.... Agree to a factor, I have accomplished whole silence and that may be performed in lots of circumstances Al hamdoullah. Its referred to as Zoned out.. hahah good I discover it soothing Al hamdoullah I shouldn't have track on until its Quran, I just like the silence typically and the noise different instances. Its a steadiness I wager, an excessive amount of of whatever isn't well Al hamdoullah. Sometimes no longer sufficient of whatever may be no longer Good. Its no longer well to have an excessive amount of silence, until your Iman is prime. Back in Middle East, there is not any such factor as silence. In NY, NY there is not any such factor as slience. Khair inshAllah

It's called being underweight. It's not because you have a desire to be super-thin, and you never reach that, it's just that you're not getting enough food in to balance out the calories you're burning while exercising. See your doctor for advice on how you can balance out.
If that doesn't work, follow this advice: "Less exercise, more TV".
