The Buccaneers will have some good draft picks and a mininum of $30 million dollars under the salary cap. There are going to be some big decisions made on the personel side of things (who to keep and who to cut, and/or who to pick up).

Okay, yeah, it's been hard to be a Bucs fan lately (for about the last half-decade), but Chucky DID win us a Super Bowl. That's undeniable.

Coach Gruden will be back next year for the simple fact that most of the things that went wrong this year were no one's fault, they just happened. Example: Chris Simms' spleen.

Perhaps Mike Martz will get out of my hometown team and fly somewhere where the weather is better, the GM isn't a moron, and the players aren't in an incredible funk because of who they are.

As for Monte Kiffin, if he ever leaves, I'll start a riot. Plain and simple.

About the draft, let's go with some O-lineman and get back to grinding out games, and some Linebackers and a good Safety. Ronde Barber and Derrick Brooks can't do it all.

I'm dreaming, and I'm dreaming big here, but maybe the Bucs can wrangle someone opposite Ronde, like maybe Champ Bailey?

Yes, I don't want to see Gruden leave...one bad year isn't reason enough to let him go. he's a good coach...you can't be on top every year...and this year he's had everything going against him. we're playing with a rookie 6th round draft pick for a qb who definitely reminds us constantly that he IS a rookie. that along with lots of injuries to key players this year have hurt us majorly. i admit, i wasn't happy with his play calling during the first half of the season but he's gotton better lately. overall, it's not like we've been getting killed in games...most of the games we're in it until the end, or we're in it the whole game and then fall apart in the end....nothing i would blame on gruden. we have a very young, and injury plauged team....i would hate to see him go. he has more heart and shows more emotion for his team than any other coach out there....
