It had its pro's and cons. It was a positive representation of a trans woman, which is a plus. But the therapist being able to just revoke surgery rights at the last minute is BS. Then again, there's a good chance that really happens. Also, the way she was able to just go in at the last minute and actually have the surgery is a load of crap. You ahve to schedule that SOOOOO far in advance.
But for society in general who have never "seen a trans person" before, its a good start.

While it did present some stereotypes and had a few bad things about it, for the most part it was decent presentation of what many transwomen go through. It presented us as people and not monsters, freaks, and perverts.

That was an EXCELLENT Movie...I never Buy movies but I believe I am gonna buy that one! Killer flik!
