has an opinion on sulphur compounds.

The answer is to avoid toxic substances.

Gilberts syndrome is not scarce and might be considered a normal genetic variation.

Gilbert's Syndrome is caused by high bilirubin, which gives you a yellow skin tone. I am not sure of any supplements to detox the liver, perhaps a prescribed medication by your doctor would be your best and safest. As for the sulphur sensitivity, I don't think the two are related.

As you probably are aware, Gilbert's syndrome cause mild jaundice, but is not serious or life threatening. It can be trigger by physical stress (illness or injury). The increase bilirubin (the substance that makes you turn yellow), can cause itching. I do not believe the sulfur sensitivity per se is associate with Gilbert's Syndrome.

As far as detoxifying your liver, there really is no such thing. The remedy's offered to do this usually are laxatives which have no affect on the liver at all.

Other than treating the symptoms of itching when it flares up, this condition requires no treatment.

I cared for a young man with tourette's. He had a few tic behaviors. He seldom verbalized the profanities that have made the syndrome famous. Usually you would need very High stress to see that. He did well once he was established on melds. You should voice you concerns to a doctor, while it may not be Tourettes per say you may find you can lessen these actions you are finding socially uncomfortable. You could try keeping a journal of what you feel you are doing and if there are situations that seem to increase these behaviors. I really cannot say why this is happening, but ask you medical professional since you seem uncomfortable about it.
