do all of you have a hobby ur dedicated to? is it normal for me 2 just party on? do you consider someone useless if they dont play sports or dont belong to the student goverment?... or do you think hobbies aren't really important for you life?
am i normal?

First, I'm not a teenager, but I think I have some advice that you could use.
Dude... you have absolutely nothing to worry about. I wasn't involved in a single thing in high school. No debate, no soccer, no drugs, no theater. I was in the clique that was... well... nothing. I went to school, hung out with a few close friends, but had a lot of acquaintence friends, worked.... ya know... just wasn't really involved. It's after high school, after your teen-age years that things kind of come together. You'll figure out what is important and what you like to do. That is when you will find someTHING that you live for. It's important that it's a thing... not person, because people change. Friends come and go, Boys come and go... but if you can find something that you live to do, that's when your life will fall into place with a hobby, that will perhaps lead to a degree, that will lead to a job.
Get through these years. You're alright.... and completely normal.

I'm dedicated to working. I dont play sports anymore, i just stay in shape. I dont think I'm useless. Hobbies are very important.

I'm 17 and at the moment I dont have any 'serious' hobbies. I was on a debating team from the age of 12-17 and I did dancing from age 14-17 but I'm in my final exam year at school so I gave up most extra curricular activites except piano lessons which I need for college anyway...I think its important to be involved in at least 1 activity-when you apply for college/job you really need to have something down on your CV because they always favour people who have pursued their interests. by now you probably know what you do and dont like and if you enjoy something you should develop that. like if you're in to music check out your favourite band's website and see if they have a street team or something and you can get involved with promoting them, or try get work experience at your favourite store/company. work hard, play hard but dont stress out :D

i have a hobby; which is music. I love to sing, and act. Well for a teenager, its normal to go out partying its fun
( right??) all of us teens like to have fun...I guess you grow out of the habit once you get older, you know, because then you start living on your own and have to take care of yourself without your parents there. You sound normal to me.

I'm a teen and I attend a lot of political parties. At weekends I'm always debating whether or not to get drunk or stoned. And during the week I read up a lot. I know the exact ingredient of bottles of Murphys, Heineken, Becks, Miller, Carlsberg, Carling, you name it! I think this is perfectly normal behaviour, even if I myself am anything but normal.....

Of course not. The people that play sports are USUALLY jerks that are full of themselves. USUALLY. And the people that are in government stuff are either boring or suckups. But you do need some sort of hobby or something you are good at, otherwise just leave.

no hobby, just work and sleep.not even a boyfriend anymore, no1 loves me. so party on yeah!! no ur not useless and yes ur normal.

I'm not a teen but I'm going to answer your question anyway!! Try to stop me!! My dear you are a normal loser!! I was a schoolteacher and I've known a lot of losers like you, your not being original by not doing anything except getting high. There are millions of loser kids like you out there. I hope you get tired of not doing anything before your young, teen years are gone and you have nothing but regrets!!!

no your not normal, BUT, everybody is not normal in some way, so it may not be in this way.
i dont have a real hobby either.
