Build the wall and love again i am just careful before I let that wall come down of course now days with my husband I no longer worry about that we have had a lot of ups and downs but after 28 years we are going strong

well it dependz on how hurt....u do first build a wall/shield
but usually when u soon see sumone else dat loves u n is real....u soon start 2 climb that wall n over 2 that new real lover......i mean i have jus fallen in love wif my baby....n even doh we r young we already kno we will be 2gehda 4eva.....but i am sure u will find sum1 else that was really meant 4 u! n wateva bastard messed up wif u.....jus think of wat dey lost....dey have lost sum1 very special! so that is the way 2 think bout it! jus take it a day @ a time okay! It's very natural to build a wall, at least for a short time. Do not keep it that way long-term, though. There are good things and good people in this world to be cherised and valued. Don't cheat yourself because of one bad apple. :-)

I built a wall but missed out on alot of love so i'd have to say try to love again just guard your heart.

Personally, I would build a wall and not take it down for anyone. When someone comes along and THEY take it down regardless of how impenetrable you've made it, then you will know that they're the right person.

Built a Wall because of the traumatic situation...Ex tried to kill me and stalked me...those little words "If I can't have you, nobody else is going to have you." Hard to get over and trust in someone again.
