I know how to play pam muted and i can do it, but its a lot harder for me to do it standing up than it is sitting down. Does anyone know any exersizes for tightening up my plam muted playing standing up?

try raising the guitar strap up a little.

Just play "Basketcase" by Green Day over and over.....you'll build palm mute strength in no time....
