sorry to tell you, but pre-paid don't work that way! with any pre-paid its not in the plan...you just pay what you use!
I also have a tracfone!
go to this guys website...he might give you 100 minutes for free...with your tracfone...

Tracfone doesn't offer that feature, sorry. It'd be nice if they did, though!
