because, sometimes, it seems like if one of my friends finds someone else who is more intersting than me, they'd dump me in a heartbeat. sometimes they seem so nice, then they seem like they are trying to get rid of me. sometimes i feel like a loner... and i dont think i am...

You answered your own question. Real friends do not do what these peeps do. Its that simple. They are by your side, always. I think the absolute best way to know who your friends really are is when a crisis situation arises. You will know who your friends are when things go wrong or get bad. You will also know your family at times like that.

Aww! First, let me say, how you know if your friend is really your friend because: No matter what dirt that they have heard you may have spread about them,they will always find out the truth first and then decide for thmeselves, if you are crying, sad, hurt, jealous, whatever, your friend will do ALMOST ANYTHING to cheer you up and encourage you. A friend will always keep your secrets, a friend is LOYAL and trustworthy, she should be someone you can trust--around your B.F. A friend never forgets birthdays a friend should never be jealous of their friend. That's how you know they are your friends, if they have those qualities. Hey, if you want, i'll be your friend! :)

hi mi name is lexi and iv been in that situation before trust me it isnt fun at all but the people how blow u off arnt ur friends they r just materialistic and want whay u r made of not u the people how r nice to u and like u no matter what r ur friends the other people just want to be self sentered and want the wourld to revolv around them!!!

awwww. thats so sad. but to answer your question, ask yourself this, "If I left 10,000 dollars in 20's on a table and left that friend to watch it woud they take any?" If no then no, if yes then yes.
