does he want to do some mods for his car? You can get him new lights or something. Or a gift card to his favorite car shop. Get hime some mechanics tools, or gloves. I have a friend that I can get tokens to the car wash to and he is happy, granted he washes his car @ least once a week or more. If there is a big car show somewhere close you can get him tickets to that.

Don't buy him anything for his car...I had a girl that bought me big fuzzy dice ....I hate them but hung them because she gave them to me.....I soooo hated them dice. If your on a budget...driving gloves, sunglasses or even a model of a car he likes or owns.
