WHEN IT STALLS IT IS VERY HARD TO GET OUT OF THE STALL. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO? SOME TIMES I WILL HAVE TO REBOOT THE COMPUTER TO GET OUT OF THE STALL.

Do you mean Internet Explorer 7 by Yahoo?
I hear a LOT of people have problems with the Yahoo branded version of IE7. I personally think its a mistake of Microsoft to let someone else brand it and redistribute it. Gives IE7 a bad rep.
I would see if you can download IE7 from Microsoft and install on top of the Yahoo version. I'm sure that Yahoo put in toolbars and advertising and who-knows-what.
Next time, get it from the source. Sorry.

it may be a bandwidth issue. Do you have cable or a fast DSL?
