Can anyone in America name a single civil liberty you have had to give up since 9-11? Didn't think so.

Thanks to Bush, the US faces the problem of exposing and prosecuting the lies his Administration told to bring occupation to Iraq and Afghanistan and dismantling civil liberties in the process by adding anti-Constitutional Amendments.
The new Congress and Senate will study this intensely and restore what Bush took away in his lies.
They claimed that terrorists were operating around the world but when you look at each incident, CIA's were behind them. None have hit the US, except what was trumped up by the FBI. The security measures benefited the lies. Monumental destruction and deaths have occured because of Bush.
Lies never continue forever and the truth always comes out.

We have lost some of our freedoms already and may lose more. That's the price we have to pay for security at home. I don't feel this is a real violation of our rights. No country in the entire world has a completely secure system with 100% guaranteed rights. We probably have to rethink what are inalienable rights that cannot be abridged no matter what.
The real freedom that needs to be addressed is, the right to harm, kill, steel or do whatever violates another's rights.

Where have you been in the past 5 years?
Political philosophers such as Aristotle and Rousseau all predicted that we would move towards a social contract, a leviathan..pretty much, we are trading in civil liberties for more security. I dont really have a problem with that, if you have nothing to hide, you should have no problem having the government peek through your e-mail.

It's probably something to do with the fact that they're all so stupid. They don't even know how to write the date properly. It should be 11/9. Day / Month / Year. It's very simple.

The problem is that in order to keep our liberties we will have to give up some freedoms in the pursuit of security.
That sounds backwards somehow.....lol
No it's right.

If you think we should give up liberties in exchange for securities, in my opinion, you are trying to ruin our country.
Hey gipper, PATRIOT Act allows warrant-less search and seizure. There's one. Although you don't believe it because instead of actually reading it for yourself you will eat **** from the government for the rest of your life.

We are not safe anywhere as long as terrorists exist. The only answer I have is to pray to God to help us out of this situation.
