It's hard to explain it, but it's all instrumental except for a part in the beginning where someone that sounds like a little girl talks for a couple of seconds. I'll try to add more details if needed.

It begins sort of like, "This is for all the" I don't remember what is said, but it sounds like a little girl is saying it.
It KIND OF sounds like the beginning part of DaRude-Sandstorm, but I'm not going to say it's identical. Sounds like a song that people would listen to on ecstacy, really.

The song is a classic techno song called Omnibus by Lautsprecher
The kid is speaking in German and to the best of my knowledge is saying...
"Ich fahrt bus" - ("I ride the bus")
"Omnibus" - ("Omnibus," which is a bus for everyone)
"Sehr langsam" - ("Very slow/slowly")
"Ich fahrt omnibus" - ("I ride the omnibus")
"Ich fahrt __?__ schwarze" - ("I ride __?__ black)
