one of them is not more stupid than the other, the name of the movie is "dumb or dumber?" that question, so the answer that either of them can be both stupid in the same lever or that both of them are equaly stupid,retarded, or dumb. and the reason is that we dont know.their are just funny as they are being stupid,well in the movie of courses.
