Its hard to explain... its just something nature does when the time comes. She just has to bear down and push like shes taking the biggest poop of her life.
... but I had the help of a vacuum to pull my daughter out because I wasn't "pushing right". (By the way, that was NO fun getting that vacuum put inside..... ended up with 20 stitches all inside... ouchies)

usually the contractions take care of that, just push when you have a contraction and baby comes. Your body basically does it all for you, doc will assist

She uses a plunger. Its like having a clogged toilet. That's why when the woman's water breaks they know to get a bucket, a plunger and rush her to the hospital.
