On an H22a1, how much hp gain would i get from adding a turbo (t3 or t4 or t67)?

It all depends on how you build your motor and what you use. A balanced block would be ideal for any turbo setup. If you plan on using stock internals, you'd only be able to run 8 psi MAX constantly. If not your engine will be more likely to blow.

If you really want to get a lot of power from boost, the H23 is a better engine/block to use. They are more boost friendly than the H22 I believe they use Iron liners just like the F-series engines. Good for boost.

T3,60-62 trim 0.60 housing
Turbine: T25, 79 trim
Exhaust Housing A/R: T25:0.86
Strong Boost: 2000-3000
Aprox. Power Potential: 200-300

Usually slower than everyone else, in the r/h lane. My car has 80,000 miles, and still has the original brakes, because I get off the go pedal and start slowing well in advance of a red light.

Some people get mad and RACE around me, accelerating wide open throttle toward that red light, and slam on the brakes at the last second. Then I slowly pull up next to them and smile.

it alll depends on the size of the turbo, intercooler? and how much boost you plan on running. I suggest a adjustible boost :)
