Do you know what cars stock springs that they may be compatible with, ex a ford focus, mustang, ect..?

Call the dealer, front springs are cheap,go after market with MOOG.

thats not a chicks car. whoever says that is wrong because back in the 60s mercury cougars were used for racing and most of the racers were men. black also makes it look more manly lol

A good QUALITY (e.g. NAPA or Carquest) parts store can tell you. They will need the exact application, then they can refer to the "Buyer's Guide" for their suspension parts.
