hmm, complicated question...I would suggest -
1) one metalloprotein - hemoglobin (the iron-containing oxygen-transport protein)
2) one enzyme - amylase (protein that breaks down the starch)
3) one hormone - insulin (regulates carbohydrate metabolism)
