Try doing something different that lifts you up by making someone else feel good. Make and deliver a delicious hot casserole to an elderly person who can't get to the store. Adopt a family and give to them anonymously. Be a big brother and take a kid sledding or skiing. Take your family to a concert. Carol around the neighborhood and see faces light up as they offer you cocoa.

Take some of the pressure off yourself and give yourself permission not to be in the mood. There is no law that says you have to bake and decorate and keep up all the little traditions every year. Some years you need to start new traditions so that you can focus on the important things and just enjoy the good parts (so it is more than just another chore). I had a very low key Christmas last year and feel much more in the mood this year. (I do find that holiday music helps but it all depends on your personality).
Good luck and enjoy.

Well first of all, don't call it x-mas. Why do people do that? let's leave the CHRIST in it. After all, CHRISTmas celebrates the day Jesus was born. Maybe you should remember that Jesus came to save you and that will make you happy.

Love your name. I've been working on that one myself. Decorating, baking cookies, doing things I used to so, the sillier the better.
