I like blue a lighter shade of blue. A few years ago I took my dogs for their Christmas photos and we saw familes dressed in black, some were all wearing Navy but what stood out was the family all in their powder blue turtle necks. One year my sons wore Christmas white turtle necks and their Christmas photos were so cute.

baby you would look good in red or black but you asked what colors are good for photos okay try yellow, green, white, beige, gray or white

just don't wear white, it'll wash everyone out. Blue is a good color
