Hello,
Blind people dream in the same language as sighted people, they dream in images like everyone else. Imagery or visualisation is the universal language of the brain, its used in sleep for processing the events of the day. Its thought that dreaming is important to our every day mental functioning & helps us to remain sane & balanced.
**Thats why sleep deprivation is has been used as a form of extreme torture and is quite capable of sending a person pychotic (mad).

I believe they dream the same as others with vision. Even though they don't physically see they have hightened all their other senses. So I am sure they see things a little different in dreams for visual people. When we smell a flower so can they.
Close your eyes now and smell the same flower or the rain. Rain is hard to see but you know it when you smell, hear and feel it.

Funnily enough I had a friend who was blind from birth and I asked him the same question.
He said he dreamt sounds and touch.
We had many conversations about blindness which I found fascinating, do ask if you have more.

I guess you will never know until you ask them! I bet they are more pure than people who can see things they maybe aren’t supposed to see. Good look in finding out though! they dont look like anything, dreams are based on all the information you have taken in through your senses during the day. so their dreams would not be visual representation, rather sound and touch based.

They don't dream with colors and sights like we do. They only dream with sounds.
