If you are in the US, see if your state's attorney general's office is taking spam fax complaints. I've forwarded a few samples to CA's AG and I've only seen 2 in the next 10 months.

My office Fax started to get a dozen a day, one particular one was ironic in that it offered cheaper fax toner refils, If they stopped sending the faxes I wouldn get through so much toner! Our resident BT engineer made a call and now only one or two a month slip through.
