I once owned a 1967 Plymouth Barracuda. (good memories)
I'm having a Mid life crises thing and want some ideas...I'm looking for ideas other than the usual Camaro or Mustang. Any ideas?

The one car that comes to mind was a 69 Dodge RT I had just after high school. It was painted Chrysler Plum Crazy(purple), had a 440 BB for an engine, automatic transmission,hide-a-way headlights(Looked like a charger) Was the fastest and greatest car I owned.

I would have to sugest two cars from my past that I absolutly loved. '66/'67 Ford Fairlane. Same Platform as the mustang, but with syling that screams power. 71 AMX. Damn that car was awsome. My only real word of advise, be SURE of what you finally decide on. If the car doesn't make you beam from ear to ear, it's not the one you want. On that criteria, I ended up with a '68 Karmann Ghia of all things, but I love it!

i ought to actual love a 1970 steer sparkling of Challenger R/T, or a 'sixty 9 Camaro SS with a huge block... An AMC Marlin with a 440 RB can be a calming project too... yet that suggested, my rice-burning S2000 ought to slaughter each and each and every of the above vehicles on a route.

I bought an1972 El Camino for my midlife crises, all the parts interchange with the Chevelle and are easy to get. Parts for Chevys are much cheaper than for Fords. AMCs are great cars (got two of them) but parts are more expensive and harder to come by.
