I belive South Park because you can't really beat an orginal, Family Guy is Simpsons and SP having a baby

South Park, Family Guy has great moments but like you said its really a spin-off of Simpsons with an almost South Park level of intentional political incorrectness thrown in for shock appeal.
The worst is that American Dad, complete knock-off of a knock-off.

Any true South Park fan would know most of the jokes in Family Guy are tied to the plot. South Park is definately funnier. Come on, two kids on big wheels, going to Hollywood to see the Fox big wigs, now that's humor.

Family Guy is the funniest of the three. It is the freshest show of the bunch. I still enjoy The Simpsons from time to time. But as long as it has been on it has lost it's edginess. And What can I say about South Park, but that it is really not that entertaining to watch. I mean come on.....short, fat stubby little rug-brats who speak with a lisp.

I watch them both..and both are very edgey..but south parks has more of an actual story line in it's episodes plus a lesson in the end...family guy is all over the place but still very funny

South Park is waaayyy bettter then both of them. I don't really like Faimliy Guy, but the Simpsons is okay.

South Park is an example of 'surgical' comedy, it has a clear goal in each episode, and hits the majority of those marks. Sure they miss occasionally, but when the episode is over the mess that remains is miniscule.
Family guy throws a pile of crap against the wall and people laugh at what sticks, ignoring the volume of crap left in a new pile on the floor.
