I sent a request for a new password. It said it emailed me with instructions on putting in a new password, which i will keep in a safe place this time. (Very rare for me to forget a password!)
I go to my email address at yahoo.com and it doesn't show any email from the site.
Any suggestions? could yahoo just be busy, and it will take a while for the email to come through?

Are you sure it is the email that you used when you signed up at the website? If you are sure then maybe check the bulk folder. Yahoo could have picked it up as spam and sent it there.

Maybe it takes some time, but they should be able to send it quickly. Umm I know a way to get a whole new password but not to find out your old one. Well actually it depends on which e-mail address you have, some of them ask you certain questions that you had to answer when you signed up for that e-mail address. When you sign in look for the forgot password box and click. You probably would have to answer a few questions before they give you a new password or the old one. I will look some more. Yahoo takes a minute or two sometimes to get an email. Also check your JUNK folder.

Maybe you need to send for it again. Also if you have more than 1 email check them all.

are u sure the alternative e mail was at yahoo?
it may take some time for the e mail to be sent/received.

They could be. They have been lagging for a few days. Are you positive you have not changed email addresses or that you got it in correctly. If you are unsure, they no doubt have an 800 number.

answer the security question if you put one. there should be a link of some sort saying i forgot password. you answer like your adress, zip code etc..
