You know how there's that BebeSounds® Prenatal Heart Listener®... are there any other prenatal heart listeners out there or is that the only one. I want to get my wife one for christmas.
Thanks!!!!!!

The prenatal heart listener you are referring to is a bit "crappy" in my opinion. It says you can't use it till 28 weeks and even then, you're likely to only hear the swishing and movement of the fluid and not the actual heart beat. If you really want to get her something that she can hear the heartbeat with, look into a doppler. I have a HI-bebe and it's great. You can usually find 'em on ebay for a pretty decent price. There's also a few websites out there that rent them out...

Good luck and congrats on being a daddy soon!

I had one of those with my last baby. If your wife is heavy set at all it wont work. I was a little overweight when I got pregnant and I couldn't EVER hear her heartbeat. Even the day of delivery. And she was 8 pounds. I would see if maybe you can find a Doppler. Like the ones they use at the hospital. Good luck

The Bebe ones are CRAP with a capital C! I had one and all I heard was the fluid sloshing around. Save your money and save the anticipation of hearing the heartbeat for your doctor's appointments.
