I congratulate her but no it is not wrong maybe in your neck of the woods it just shows she has been raised very cautiously by her parents only a friend like you can break that cycle of turning her into a hoochi mama!

There is nothing wrong with that. She never kissed or done ANYTHING? I'll bet she's read a lot of books and rode a bike and did some charity work and tried a new hairstyle and learned a craft - etc. etc. Most people are not marrying and reproducing until there mid-twenties these days. There is nothing weird about your friend. In fact - she's go the right idea. There will be plenty of time to introduce the male gender into her life later. It's wrong and it's not weird.

No!! Absolutely not. Actually your friend is smart for not following the crowd and potentially doing something that she might regret later. She should save herself for someone special that she likes and when the time is right she will move on it. I wish I had. It also depends on her social life. She may be very career focused or plays alot of sports which keeps her busy (WHICH IS GOOD) and she doesn't have time. Don't be so hard on your friend she's OK.

No...everybody does things at their own pace. It's refreshing to see teenagers who decide to wait until the time is right for those things than to give in to peer pressure or feel that they have to go along with the rest of the crowd.

Well, in my case I lost my virginity on my 13th Birthday. But, I have friends who were not sexually active until 21. As far as just kissing... well, not totally weird. In this day & age it is unusual however.

No, I think it's better for her to be raised innocent as opposed to being exposed to heartbreak and a blur of emotions. She can then focus on her schoolwork or extra curricular activities if she doesn't have a boyfriend or whatever distracting her.
