Just politely ask them to stop sending you chains. DON'T yell at them, scream or anything under that category. Just calmly say that you don't won't any more chains sent to you and make an excuse. Say you're computer is getting overloaded or it slows your internet down to have so many emails in your inbox.

don't reply 2 the mails if they ask u why u r not replying 2 their emails just tell them that u r busy but in a polite way

Just be honest with them if they r truely your friends they will respect your wishes. And if they fight with you over something as silly as this, well than id say they r not really your friends.
