I'm wanting to start writing serial killers, famous people, infamous people, weird companies, anything that would be interesting to write letters to. Is there an index of such things?

I don't know about an index per se, but I'd suggest looking for lists of groups you've mentioned, like serial killers or bizarre companies, then singling out places from there and checking for the addresses individually. (I hear that Charles Manson is very good about dropping postcards back to letters.)
