It matters not what name you put on it. Prostitution is still physical sex for money. If she is selling physical sex, and she gets caught, Jenna and all of her gals will be arrested. You will never get rid of it. It is matter of urges that some can not control. And as long there is money in it, it will be around.

It's not banned in the US...just in some states.
Also, law infractions, such as that, are often over look or ignored, until something serious happens, because those places are OFTEN frequented by Lawyers, Cops, Congressmen...etc.
