Here in Central Oklahoma, none of the encorporated towns allow fireworks, but the unincorporated areas outside the towns have fireworks stands at every country intersection from Memorial Day through July 4th. The local and State police watch these stands very carefully, as it is illegal to transport fireworks into the incorporated towns; so as soon as you cross the city limits, you get pulled over and fined (and sometimes arrested), and your fireworks are confiscated.

No, but they're illegal in Georgia while Alabama allows 'em. Every damn convenience store and gas station on the Alabama state line hopes the Georgia law stays just like it is.

dude i leave in texas my area its illegal but me and my friends still pop them all night we spend over 11 dollars on4th of July and New Years,. Why u cant pop em ?
