I would have to have more information before trying to answer your question, as there have been dozens, perhaps hundreds, of stamps showing George Washington full face, starting in 1847!

What color is the stamp? What is the face value (the number of cents)? What writing is there on the stamp? With such information I might be able to give you an answer. I would also need to know if the stamp has been used or not and if it is damaged in any way.

as with anything that is considered a collectible, it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. to try and gain knowledge about the stamp try e-bay or another auction site.
