I think I'm gonna have to. I read that sometimes they send you back a pre-used model of the one you sent them. Sometimes they don't work... what should I do? I hate ipods they're nothing but problems dammit!

Okay but I live in Canada, and what happened is I got a metal thingy stuck (very tightly) in the headphone jack, so it's kinda my fault, so do you think they'll replace it?

ive sent mine back. but u haev to send them a request and then theyll send u package to ship it to them in. dont just straight send it or it might be damaged and it wont be their fault and your warranty will be voided. they do send u a refurbished one but it looks and feels brand new with no scrathes or anything. just like anything the replacement ipod might not work but most likely it will as its been tested with like a million points. and im sure if ipod were NOTHING but problems millions of people wouldnt keep buying them.

you only mail it to them, and they'll deliver you a alternative iPod freed from cost because your assure continues to be good. convinced, you save the alternative iPod, because the different one isn't surely "lifeless", and could be rebuilt and resold by Apple. No price mandatory on your case.
