I agree with you..I do think you can resolve a lot of your problems by realizing they were caused by your own actions. Although occasionally you do have problems caused by others, or a nasty cycle or poverty, etc...

I think that the percentage is probably higher still maybe more like close to 90 percent...there are some things you do not have any control over but for the most part even those it is how you deal with them.
