I think you should go to wetseal. It is low priced yet it has super cute clothes.

Walmart has somewhat nice clothes and for a 15 year old that is growing so fast it might be the best solution. Kohl's and Old Navy has very good quality clothes but Kolhl's is much cheaper than Old Navy. Old Navy is very trending with teenagers though. Hope this helps.

Hello, Primark and mattalan are good for clothing.
Fashion changes so much that its cheap anoth to keep changing with trends. Also top shop is low in price.

Kohl's, Old Navy, and JC Penney are good bets. American Eagle clothes are a little pricier, but they have a lot of sales and you can get fantastic deals on clearance stuff.

Marshalls, Ross, TJ Max. Marshalls is your best bet because they have all sorts of brandnames, like Roxy, Hurley, American Eagle and really good prices. I bought my American Eagle jeans there for about $10.00.

Try American Eagle. They usually have sales and their stuff is reasonably priced anyways. Also try H&M, Nordstrom Rack, Guess Outlet, and the clearance stuff at Abercrombie.

If you live in Canada go to sears outlet.You also can never go wrong with Wal-Mart.Another good place is Old Navy.
