depends on what metal..but it being custom made and gold ..maybe 50$ or less if cheap

it depends.
are you getting this necklace made by a jewler, or just buying a cheaper, metal one in a store?
if youre just buying a non-gold, metal necklace, on the spot, it shouldnt cost more than 20 dollars.
If youre getting a gold nameplate made for you by a jewler, it depends. Prices range from about $75 to $400 dollars.
Do you want it double plated? Do you want diamonds? Is your name short or long? Do you want any special rocks, such as a birthstone in the nameplate? Do you want to choose the style, or the size of your necklace?
All of these factors contribute to the cost of one of these necklaces.

depends on what brand of necklace. for a heart pendant necklace from tiffany and co., with engraving, it would cost ya about $300.--gord.
for silver, i think it's cheaper-$245 with engraving.
though, maybe if you just bought the necklace and take it to a jewler for engraving, it may be cheaper.

are you looking for a tag with a persons nae on it or a pendat with somebodys name which is arround 30-150 dependant on the size and where you buy it from

it depends on the amount of letters, what it's made of, and what kind it is. it can range from 15 to 200 dollars.
