I have a couple of friends that work for World Health, this company places traveling nurses. I don't know if they go overseas or in other countries but I am sure it you contact the company they would know what you need to do. You might also want to contact a hospital in Mexico and ask them directly. Good luck, I am sure there are plenty of places in Mexico that could use your expertise.
