Use Bio Oil twice a day - it is particularly good this time of year as it helps to rehydrate skin and give back that luminous glow .

Long walks out in the park for fresh air, exercise, water and healthy diet of course. Dry skin can lead to dull looking skin so go to Boots or a department store and pick up a moisterising face mask and leave it on for 15 minutes.
Also try Primrose Oil and Fish oil capsules for glowing skin. Antioxedents are great for skin too, try stocking up on berries (strawberrys, blueberries, blackberries, rasberries, cranberries) you can get these in juice form too.

your doing well by hydrating your skin both internally and externally. i personally don't think there is much else in terms of supplements you can take as far as combating dry atmosphere created by central heating. keep a container of water in rooms where you spend most time in, this keeps the air moist and not dry. other than just the usual 5 a day.

Bare minerals has a product that makes your skin glow. Also moisterizing your skin often will help. Once in a while, get a chemical peel. It's pretty affordable.

Cut sugar and alcohol out of your diet. Replace with high-antioxidant foods such as salmon, green tea, spinach and berries.
