Extra Crunchy for sandwiches, but smooth for cookies and cooking. Its a disaster when I only have one or the other!

Smooth, and right out of the jar! Take a dip of p-nut butter then a dip of strawberry jelly. Repeat again and again and again until full!! Or until your girlfriend sees what your doing and makes you make a crummy sandwich.
