Your brakes could be squealing because of worn pads/shoes, or uneven rotor/drums. If you have no one to help repair them, you will have to fork out a little money to get them replaced.
And your a/c squeal, usually is the result of a loose or worn belt. Which is an easy fix on most cars. On the other hand, If your a/c isn't working properly either, it may be your air compressor or it's clutch causing the problem. This could be an expensive repair.
If you have no experience with these, your best bet is to take it to a repair shop and have them diagnose it. They should give you the same answer, but if anything differs, I suggest having a couple of different places look at it. Like a second opinion. Good luck.

if its making noises while braking ... you probably just need new pads or shoes (brakes), noise with the a/c or heat on ... you need to take it to a mechanic and let him listen to the noise ... for the a/c it may just be a belt that needs tightening ... but if it start and doesn't stop when you turn your blower switch on ... more than likely it will be your blower motor bearings are going out and you need a new one ... best just to have someone check your car out, but most of everything above is pretty simple on most vehicles and shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg

saying you have a "noise" is very vague. some noises are normal. some are urgent signs of repairs needed. leaves in the blower motor can cause a noise, so can a mechanical defect. throw me a freaking bone here.......
