I've had snake, alligator, raccoon, porcupine, muskrat, turtle, eel pout, some people think eating fish eggs is weird but they are delicious

I ate a snapping turtle once. It wasn't that bad and sort of tasted like roast beef.

You do have a spirit of adventure! LOL I had chicken feet once...that was interesting...I have also had escargot...did not like and calamari (squid) nada on that too...

"Fresh" kimchee (kind of a contradiction in terms!!)...when I lived in Korea...
Or gator--my distant kin are Cajun, & I visited once for a family get-together.
