My office is having a secret santa thing at the office party at the end of next week. I don't know who I'll end up with just yet (I think we're drawing on Monday), but was hoping to get some suggestions. It's a fairly small office, with about 13 ladies and 24 guys (the majority are in their 30's, and the youngest person in the office is mid-20's, while the oldest is 50-something). I've only been there for a couple months, and don't know anyone too terribly well just yet. Our budget is $15. Thanks in advance for any helpful hints!

Run to the mall for gag office gifts. While you were out pads with quirky check boxes are one idea. Make a movie pack - comfy socks, a movie, and popcorn, maybe some tissues if it's a touching movie.

I'm doing the same thing. If you have to leave clues here is an idea: On the first day leave half of the Rudolph the red nosed reindeer song on their desk. Second day, leave the other half of the song on their desk. Third day (the final and bigger gift) Give them a Rudolph ornament or something along those lines.

Other ideas are: Coffee Mug filled with candy. For the ladies a cute candle holder and a candle to go in it. If you really can't think of anything you could get a gift card to their favorite store. Another one for the ladies, a set of perfume and bath accessories.

Most of these can be found at your local 99 cent or Dollar store. They have some pretty cool stuff there if you look hard enough. lol.

--Good Luck. Merry Christmas.

Gift cards are old but safe.

How about a large coffee cup? Watch to see if your person drinks coffee. If they do buy a large cup at the dollar store and fill it with trial-size flavored coffees and creamers. You could do that for around $10. And it seems MUCH more personal than a gift card.

You can never go wrong with a gift card. Books are nice if you know that person can read! When you find out the person think about what they like doing or their hobbies and choose from there!

Uhm,you should give a bit details of what he likes. If he likes flowers, give him fake flowers to put on the desk of his officeroom. or some chocolates in a box with a bow on top, they're the treat of the angels. Anything that he likes is good to go.:)

Most everyone loves chocolate so there's one idea. A little house plant is also a welcome idea. Dish towels, note paper pads, pens and frames are are one size fits all types of gifts.
