Personally, it's Ozzy. he'll be great any where he goes.

I agree with you...although, he was still young and in his prime in the days of Sabbath.
By the time Sharon litterally picked him up of the floor and kick started his solo carreer, he had been "road hard and put away wet" too many times and just wasn't quite himself.
Ozzy rocks though...until the day he dies and LONG after!!!

I agree that Ozzy is pretty good no matter where he goes, I must say that he really came into his own as a solo artist, I am not sure anyone even knew his name before he left Sabbath

Oooooh, personally, I thought that Sabbath was better without Ozzy - the "Headless Cross" album (Tony Martin) is one of my all time favorites and Ronnie James Dio has provided excellent vocals. Still, Ozzy has his moments, and most of those were as a solo artist.

Ozzy is a character all his own...it doesn't matter if he's singing for black sabbath, solo, or the dixie chicks, Ozzy will be Ozzy, no matter what, he will always be the Prince of Darkness and no matter what he does that will follow him.

i think in sabbath because its just always going to be a classic band, but his solo albums are classic as well....Iron man will alwqays be a really good one but crazy train is just a popular soo there is no actuall answer in my opinion
