Absolutely...
Bush should be impeached irregardless. He has broken several laws(I have a list saved that is in some of my old answers), not followed the Geneva Convention and just like last July when the Supreme Court slapped him around for violating the constitution, he refuses to obey the constitution of which he took an oath to uphold.
