Am taking my 3 children to lapland on Friday have read guidelines on what to wear from travel agent, but would appreciate any further advice from someone who has already been. Am especially concerned about keeping the children warm so as to not spoil what i hope will be a magical day for them

Laplanders are great people but your kids need to be warm. Have you got any thermal underwear for them?
Quilted down jackets are nice and woolen pants with long underwear underneath.
Hats for sure. Knitted ones are best - most of the body heat comes off the top of the head.

wear thermal weave long johns and a heavy coat over you normal dress.
