Are mens ugg boots the same as womens?

I really want to buy a pair of ugg boots but they are very expensive. On ebay, I found many boots but mens averaged 30-40 dollars less then womens and they looked like the same thing. Also, I wear a size 10 (yea I have big feet Im also 5'9). Are they the same thing and if they are what size would I need in mens? Thanks!

yeah i think they are because my brother bought mine, and they were unisex. except it bought the wrong size, so be careful that you get the actual size you wanted. but they are pretty much the same. unless you want the ones with the puffy fur that sticks out on the end, or the colored (pink/purple/orange) ones. if your a ten... i think you'd need an eight. but im not sure. because im an eight in womens, and i got a six in mens.. but they stretch after you wear them for couple of days. so you may be able to buy a seven..
